December Itoism

11/01: As you look forward, don't forget to look back. However, don't look too long, because if you're going to crash, it's most likely to come from the front.
11/02: Numbers are tools, but so are a lot of accountants.
11/03: You can categorize people by the way they treat animals: (1) as inventory or tools, (2) as companions, or (3) as people.
11/04: I am baffled with how often people speak without thinking of the implications.
11/05: People may "hate" tobacco, big box stores and chains, but they exist because of demand.
11/06: God said "Let there be light", but wanted us to keep guessing, so created butter too.
11/07: Don't count on luck, but don't dismiss it either.
11/08: There are good clients, but don't undervalue your soul, when asked to sell.

11/10: It's better to be happy than rich, but both are rarely a choices.
11/11: The next generation tends to be less qualified in every category.

10/01: I view the seven deadly sins as 5 motivators and 2 goals: Pride, Envy, Greed, Lust, Anger, Gluttony, Sloth.
10/02: The five stages of dying also apply to failed business plans: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance.
10/03: There are two reasons to delay a decision: Lack of information or the abundance of fear. If it's the former, get it. If it's the latter, get over it.
10/04: TV does not exercise the mind, which is why it is so appealing.
10/05: Think "objective", otherwise there is a good chance you're floundering.
10/06: Just do it.* (Nike slogan)
10/07: It's disappointing when death is a business solution, but the solution should not be ignored.
10/08: It's amazing what you can get by without.

10/31: I understand all of those words, but it must be an order thing because I have no concept of what you're saying.

9/01: Karma rewards the stubborn with more challenges and fewer opportunities.
9/02: The point is communication: Why use difficult words when simpler will do? Why are you using more words, when less will do?
9/03: Life is too short to drink bad wine.

8/1: You think you know Karma? I'm Karma's bitch.
8/2: Sure a pig remains a pig, but bacon is another matter.
8/3: I cried because I had no shoes, until I met an artist.
8/4: If you have a choice to be dull or brilliant, why be dull?
8/5: The world is just a bit brighter when you run a dull person down with a Buick.

8/7: It's annoying when they don't kowtow, but inner peace comes from knowing they should.

8/9: There is a fine line between quirky and just weird, and you're no longer on the quirky side.

8/12: Serenity, acceptance of things you can't change? Get your ass in gear and change the world.
