October Itoism

10/01: I view the seven deadly sins as 5 motivators and 2 goals: Pride, Envy, Greed, Lust, Anger, Gluttony, Sloth.
10/02: The five stages of dying also apply to failed business plans: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance.
10/03: There are two reasons to delay a decision: Lack of information or the abundance of fear. If it's the former, get it. If it's the latter, get over it.
10/04: TV does not exercise the mind, which is why it is so appealing.
10/05: Think "objective", otherwise there is a good chance you're floundering.
10/06: Just do it.* (Nike slogan)
10/07: It's disappointing when death is a business solution, but the solution should not be ignored.
10/08: It's amazing what you can get by without.
10/09: The unused technological capacity is all around us. Look at your multifunction calculator.
10/10: More pixels does not make you a better photographer.
10/11: A life with deadlines is better than a life with no deadlines.
10/12: Did you waste yesterday?
10/13: I like industries that prey upon human weakness. You know, like the food industry.
10/14: We self stored it. We paid for storage. We kept it well beyond its usefulness.
10/15: Mistakes and successes are measured and remembered by their magnitude. If you want to be remembered, it's easier to screw up big.
10/16: More often then not, the people I meet, did not pursue an occupation, but rather fell into it.
10/17: "50 is the new 30" is a rationalization used by people in their 50's and is untrue.
10/18: The grass isn't greener on the other side. I know. I frequently go there.
10/19: If there is another life after this one, I hope it's less random.
10/20: Passion fades, which is why we must constantly recreate it.
10/21: Do it today. Do it better.
10/22: See the future and make it happen.
10/23: You can rest when you're dead.*
10/24: I apologize for my carbon footprint. However, guilt isn't one of my primary motivators.
10/25: A brilliant move is not necessarily evidence of competence.
10/26: Aloof cats seem to get the same treatment as the attentive dog, which speaks to the owner and not the pet.
10/27: A lucky guess does not mean you're a prophet or a visionary.
10/28: There's a point all blogs becomes tedious, and I think that was a few posts ago.
10/29: I can do it better, because I sleep a lot less, think a lot more and complete it more often.
10/30: Text messaging promotes conciseness. I like it.
10/31: I understand all of those words, but it must be an order thing because I have no concept of what you're saying.
